Exciting news!

electriclandI bought lip gloss! (In Cream Soda.)
I used to own lip gloss, but somewhere along the line it has all vanished. I don't wear much makeup -- in fact it's an impressive day if I manage eyeliner -- but there have been days when I've felt underwhelming and drab lately. And winter is coming. So lip gloss it is.
Oh, and it briefly snowed here while I was at lunch, but it's turned into drizzle and is just making the ground damp. I passed five very pissed-off and fluffed-up pigeons on my way back to work, huddling in the lee of a planter with their little heads tucked into their shoulders. And now it's getting dark.
That is all my exciting news. Carry on.
