I had forgotten all about it until I saw the post, then I remembered. He is very jaunty! (I like the French Stop icon further down in the post, too. You can almost see it tapping its foot.)
We're good, the house and I, thanks! I have hot water and tv. I have not dared to turn the test the heating again but I'm sure it's fine. :)
The best news is that the owner is VERY unhappy with the way the gardener has handled the Gravelling Of The Yard. (Basically, he dumped a few metric tons of gravel into the garden and what was that. Not paths, no borders, nothing. It's quite unusable right now.) So she came by the other day and told me that she's getting a new gardener in and they will FIX it. I can't wait.
