random thoughts
May. 4th, 2003 07:18 pm- tried on sports bras this afternoon, and am now peeved by the flab under my arms. darn sports bras. bought one though.
- I desperately need to get this computer a functional battery. I moved, the power cord joggled, it died. This is bad.
- This has not been a productive weekend, except Jen says we should stay in Kirkwall.
- I need to try getting to bed early in order to deal with jet lag.
- I upgraded my dialup plan following scary bill for last month's use (yes, I know you want me to get high-speed. too bad) and now I get 5 MB of server space to put things on. took me half an hour to find out how to USE IT, but I can use it! what shall I upload? dunno if it allows remote image access, but I'll experiment.
- my goodness but you find some strange things in software license agreements. like this:
- am currently wearing 10-year-old hiking boots to see if they are comfortable. They seem to press on my Achilles tendons a bit but are otherwise good. hm.
- i am going to finish my dishes or die trying.
