Date: 2003-07-29 10:34 pm (UTC)I already have a vague dislike for both big business and the US goverment so a soft lumber dispute between big trading partners is at most going to cause a minor trickle down effect that may eventually impact my life in some unforeseeably minor way... but it just doesn't have the same sort of viseral ummph as say stepping in a pile of dog-dirt. And I don't get outraged about that when it happens so, meh :)
Ps. I might be a tiny bit facetious above, but I never in a million years would use hyperbole to convey a message...
