So in the Great Quest for Personal Growth, a Positive Attitude, and Leaving Work at a Reasonable Hour, I've started a logbook in which to track:
- time I get up
- time I leave the apartment
- time I get in to work
- whether or not I've made a plan for the day
- whether or not I brought lunch to work and where I eat it
- time I stop working
- time I leave the office
- praiseworthy accomplishments for the day
- things to improve for tomorrow
We'll see how this goes, but I think it will be good for me.
Gym last night, then faced reality and bought a stack of frozen entrees. Just because I'm not cooking at the moment doesn't mean I have to buy ALL my meals.
