According to the market research document in front of me, "Sexual intercourse occurs more than 100 million times a day around the world."

(er, that's humans only, so no smart-alecky remarks, please)

Who is this person hogging all the sex? I demand this person share! :)

Hey, wait a minute: aren't you married?

No extra sex for you until the rest of us get some! ;]

There's nothing funnier than a single person who assumes married people have high 'humpa humpa' levels.

Especially married people with kids, but it can apply to most relationships.

and the handle becomes ever clearer... :P

Still, admit the odds of sex are higher for married people. Please. Leave us a few illusions...

Yes, but probability is a mugs game. The random variabls (R) more than compensate for the additional chances provided by (P), long-term partner.

As for illusions, you can pretend Dubya was elected. Will that make you feel better?

From: [identity profile] electricland.livejournal.com
Yes, but the point about random variables (as my Phys Chem lab supervisor pointed out) is they are random. Meaning some of them actually increase your chances of getting laid, which is where your higher value of P comes into play.

I cling to my illusions, but only those that will actually make me feel better, so your alternate suggestion is hereby rejected out of hand.

Wow. I heard there were snipers crawling the streets, keeping single people from finding dates, but I heard it was a myth.

Hey, [livejournal.com profile] mindrobber has a crush on you.

Hmph. Crushes in MY LiveJournal and yet I am neither crusher nor crushee. Hmph, I say.

I have dated -- even recently -- but it didn't go anywhere, alas.

Oh, he has a crush on you. It's the distance that causes difficulty.

You should carouse with other lesser men to inflame his passions.

Oh. *blinks* I was confused.

Ah, yes, thanks: I was a conscientious objector to such things during high school, so my dating can be a little off. Y'think anyone else is as amused by us as we are?

Both of you. You must duel for his affections. I suggest a long term battle of wits and seduction. You should finish by wrestling in jello, as it is both fun and nutritious.

*blinks some more*

Wow, the charm of that mental picture nearly persuades me... nah. Gonna have to take your word for it on the jello.

I can probably manage the toying with lesser men, if pushed.

/me pushes.

Come! You are all young and complain about being dateless! I find this reprehensible! If I'm gonna live live vicariously through all of you, I want it to be a little on the spicy side, yes?

I'm detecting a strong note of self-interest here. I think maybe you're just toying with our heads for your own ends.

NEver. I live my life in a state of enlignhtened do-gooding for the sake of others.

If they poste a play by play and colour photos, I consider that simply them paying it forward.

Not to mention that as an only child, you would be seriously disadvantaged in the jello-wrestling category. On the other hand, I couldn't seduce a turnip, so we're even....

I'm guessing Gary hasn't found this thread as none of us are dead yet...

I don't like Raspberry. I absolutely refuse to wrestle in raspberry jello...

Well, red is fairly fetching to my complexion, so strawberry would be fine, but how about lime? I'm quite fond of lime.
